We do not write software, make devices or products, build or sell property ourselves. Our companies do. Our job is to give them the capital, governance and people to do it well.
Our story
Suvidham Group was set up to own and build companies in sectors that strengthen one another: software and electronics that make machines smarter, engineering that builds and keeps plants running, factories that make products, and real estate that puts all of it to use.
Each business operates through its own company, with its own management, registrations and accounts. The holding company invests in them, appoints and supports their boards, sets group policy and runs the services they share.
We think in decades rather than quarters. We reinvest in the businesses we own and enter new ones only where the group has a real advantage.

What the holding company does.
The group office is the head office of every group company. It does four things.
Capital
We invest equity and arrange financing for the subsidiaries, and review every investment against the return set for it.
Governance
We appoint and support each company's board, set group policies and approval limits, and run internal audit and risk review.
Shared services
Accounts, finance, HR, IT, procurement, brand and compliance run once for the whole group, under service agreements with each company.
People
We hire and develop leaders, plan succession, and move people between businesses so experience stays in the group.
Services between group companies are charged at arm's length under written agreements, in line with the Companies Act, 2013 and the Income-tax Act.
