Wages paid through the bank, statutory benefits and welfare registrations for every worker, and clean facilities at every plant and site.
Environment
Rainwater harvesting and waste segregation on our developments, energy-efficient plants, responsible handling of e-waste, and lower-cement products.
Community & CSR
When a group company crosses the limits in section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013, it spends at least 2% of its average net profit on approved CSR activities and reports it here.
